Is the sample free of charge?›
The first two yarn type samples (200-500g) are free. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Third and subsequent samples are priced based on cost.
Why is sample weight important?›
Less than 200g is insufficient for Uster TESTER IV+ measurement. Over 500g is required for Uster TENSORAPID (tenacity) testing. 400-500g is recommended for both tests.
How are customs procedures handled?›
Sample shipments are classified as textile specimens (HS 5204-5212). The commercial invoice clearly states the value and purpose. Customs duties vary by destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I request multiple samples at once?›
Yes. You can request up to 5 different sample types (different Ne or color) in a single shipment. Total weight is recommended not to exceed 2.5 kg.
What should I do for large sample requests?›
Requests over 2.5 kg are treated as commercial samples and a partial invoice is issued. For such requests, please contact our sales team directly.
