1998

Founded

We started our operations with cotton trading in Uzbekistan.

2005

First Yarn Factory

We established our 20,000 spindle ring yarn facility in Tashkent.

2012

Istanbul Office

We opened our Istanbul headquarters to access European and global markets.

2016

ISO 9001 Certification

Obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification, formalizing our international quality assurance and strengthening export market access.

2018

GRS & GOTS Certifications

Earned GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and GOTS certifications, opening our sustainable yarn portfolio to European brand requirements.

2020

Modernization

We expanded our production capacity with Vortex and Open-End lines.

2022

Organic Production Line

Launched a dedicated GOTS-licensed organic cotton production line; cross-contamination risk reduced to zero for baby apparel and premium brand clients.

2024

Digital Integration

Integrated ERP and Uster centralized data systems; real-time SPC lot reports now shared online with customers for full transparency.
