Carding & Drawing Line

Blended cotton is processed through high-speed carding machines to separate short fibers. Drawing machines align fibers for uniform sliver production.

Spinning Hall

Ring, Open-End and Vortex (MVS) spinning systems meet every yarn requirement. A wide count range from Ne 6/1 to Ne 80/1 is produced.

Every yarn lot is tested with Uster Tester and HVI systems. Strength, evenness, hairiness and nep values are measured to ensure quality.
